Lisa Ohman brings a lifetime of experience in the technology industry, her experience includes mergers & acquisitions, project management, website deployment, software Implementation, professional services and technical consulting. Lisa’s versatile skill-set allows her to have a diverse perspective on building solutions, selecting platforms and optimizing operations. Lisa provides a holistic perspective on solutions from front end design, user experience, back end development, management of technical resources, integration of 3rd party systems and internal systems. She is excellent at assessing client’s needs, working with stakeholders on platform selection, building out requirements and delivering successful projects on time and budget.
Lisa has been a technical leader and resource for numerous small businesses, start-ups and non-profits in their deployment of websites, platforms and internal systems. Lisa is a founder of InvestNextDoor, an online marketplace for small businesses to access local investments. She has also been brought on as CTO to Pink51, an Internet company and shopping portal with the double social mission of supporting women owned and led businesses and charities that focus on women’s and girl’s economic development.
Prior to InvestNextDoor and Pink51, Lisa ran the Strategic Initiatives and Mergers & Acquisition integration teams at Active Network, a public software company recently acquired by Vista Equity Partners. During her professional career Lisa has led large professional and technical services teams responsible for implementing software and community engagement solutions for cities and municipalities. She has been a consultant for dozens of cities in North America including the City of San Francisco and City of Orlando. Lisa is passionate about building strong local economies, supporting women leadership and helping small businesses grow.
