Starfish Impact believes that the relatively newer equity lens in the sector is a critical element of any giving or service conversation. Moreover, as we consider Starfish’s contributions in the social sector and beyond over the past years, we are proud to have incorporated the tenants of equity and its through lines in racial, gender, and class-based discrimination.
And yet, we always have more to learn and more to share with our colleagues, clients, and collaborators. In that light, we’ll be featuring organizations from which we continue to learn about equity and shine a light on their great work in our communities. We invite you to click through to read about the impact these organizations are making, and to share back with us how you continue to learn about and advocate for individuals affected by social inequities.
