We hired Starfish Impact in early March 2020 to facilitate a development and growth strategic plan.  Not knowing what the next months would be like, we decided to push forward and use the early days of the pandemic to thoughtfully plan and drive our organization forward.  With the steady and professional guidance of Julie and Marta, and with 15 years of virtual consulting under their belts already, we emerged at the end of the summer with a beautifully executed deliverable that propelled us forward on the successful path we have forged in the past year.
