I hired Starfish Impact to plan and facilitate our board retreat with a focus on defining our goals for brand and fund development, and moving us in a strategic planning direction towards achieving them.  Within a tight timeline, Jen and Marta planned and facilitated a half-day retreat resulting in our team walking away with a concrete understanding of mutual priorities and goals, and the thinking to propel us forward.  Plus, we bonded as a team in new ways thanks to Starfish’s creative execution.
