Starfish created a comprehensive strategic development plan for us, guiding our staff and board leadership through the process.  They gave us a new lens through which to view our organization and helped us set specific goals and a plan to reach them.  We then engaged Starfish as our grants program manager and are very pleased with their ability to get and keep us grant ready, and organized in our fundraising.  Starfish manages research, writing, submissions and reporting as well as provides an expert understanding and relationships in the field.
